Club Rental Rates

Rental Rates as of November 1, 2024
 The meeting Rental Rate is based on the meeting day and time as well as the meeting’s monthly 7th tradition contributions, as follows:

6:30am Meetings
​​    Any Day of the Week     
Minimum monthly rent is $60
If the month’s collected 7th tradition is greater than $60, the meeting will pay 80% of the amount collected, but not less than $60

Weekday Meetings
​    Starting Before 6pm    
Minimum monthly rent is $60
If the month’s collected 7th tradition is greater than $60, the meeting will pay 80% of the amount collected, but not less than $60​

Weekday Meetings
​    Starting at 6pm or Later 
Minimum monthly rent is $90
If the month’s collected 7th tradition is greater than $90, the meeting will pay 80% of the amount collected, but not less than $90

​Weekend Meetings
    Except 6:30am
Minimum monthly rent is $90
If the month’s collected 7th tradition is greater than $90, the meeting will pay 80% of the amount collected, but not less than $90​
Notes
  • Informational flyers on “How To” calculate your meeting rent are posted at the Club.
  • Meetings requiring the exclusive use of the club will be charged an extra fee.
  • All meeting rents are payable at the end of each month.
  • The AAC Board is open to discussion with meetings having difficulty making the monthly rental agreement.
